Evil Empire is a SOCOM II: US NAVY SEALS based organization. Based mainly out of New York, with members from Florida to all over North America.

We consist of members with all different degrees of rank. It doesn't matter here how good you are, just as long as you contribute. Afterall, it's just a game, meant for fun. That is the joy of being an Empire. Having a mass army, large in numbers will out play anyone, plain and simple.

They may kill some of us, but they'll never kill us all

The Empire will also be involved with SOCOM 3 after it's release date, but will still exist on S2. (E/E Members that plan on getting S3 stay informed)
